Im probably gonna run my cut out and a stock exhaust. Does it affect your turbo's that much with the stock exhaust? Does it run rich or lean once the cut out is open or closed?
i dunno what brand mine is but its a piece of ****, it breaks evey other week and I have to take it apart and rebuild it. its the **** when it werks though.
Well I know you would tune it with it the cutout open. I just wanted to know if there is any ill effects to your engine once its boosted running it through a small stock exhaust other than a power loss.

And running richer. But nothing that will disable your engine.

sorry to thread jack, but who makes a good e-cut out? i hear alot of bad things about them and I'm just wondering if anyone has had a good experience with them and what brand are you using?
McCord Powerplate, Quicktime Performance are probably the 2 last standing competitors. McCord use to work at Quicktime and sub-divided themselves into their own company. You be the judge. Both are good quality products with warrantys. When you do recieve one, make sure to take it apart and re-do all the screws ect.. by yourself with teflon and locking thread to ensure it wont fall apart. Good luck.
i'm using mccord..the first one never leaked and my second one is leaking now
