any JDM F22 come with turbo from the factory?
Nope, there have never been any F22 or F23 turbos....atleast not to my recollection, which is pretty viable.
honda did release i awd accord for jdm.. i do not know how well it went but it had a turbo on it. i used to have the spec to the car but they got lost when i moved yrs ago.. well hope this help you out some. good luck with the swap

but everything looks OEM looking
the manifold had a heatsheild with the do not touch warning
the turbo is very tiny, like an oem turbo would be, just seems strange

the city was the last that i can recall either.... never heard of an f22 turbo from the factory but then again i've never really looked into it....
check out the oil feed and drain lines... see how they were both tapped... maybe that could give some closure to the situation. i doubt honda would use a "universal" fitting on the oil pan and so forth.... that, to me, would be something i'd look at....

Looks like a dsm turbo,o2 sensor housing and manfold. That heatshield has those tabs to hold the o2 wire because on dsms the turbo faces towards the passenger side and the o2 sensor wire runs on top on the heatshield.
