Camber kit/allignment probs.
I know my 4 g lude was in a pass.front crash, and the alignment shows it. the Front 2 wheels and bent in(the bottom and in and the top are out). I realize what is Bent(I forgot what it's called, possibly the craddel)but either way I bough a camber kit to adjust that temperarly, and because I'm dropping my car soon. I know right now you all are saying "fix whats bent you dumb ***!!", but I'd have to take my entire engine out to do this, and I figured that I might as well wait till I swap my h22a in this spring, so I 'll just do a temp fix. WEll I had the kit put on and the front is still way off ( 2 degrees), what should I do?? Will it make it better if I lower my car? raise it? I'm looking for a temp fix till spring. Thanks alot all!!!
I must disappoint you with a NO the solution requires a frame machine and whatever parts for the chassis that cannot be straightened. The solution you are trying is at best a band aid and will not be helped by trying to complete the lowering project. Actually, the drop may cause even more problems than it could fix. Again-get it on a frame machine and have that taken care of. Good luck. If youhave Q's drop an e-mail
