I'm gonna be putting in a b20/vtec into my eg hatch soon. I'm just missing a few things like headers and I don't what kind is best for my setup. I'm going all motor 11.5:1 CR p-n-p head and bolt ons. What brand as well as what kind do you guys think I should get? 4-2-1? or 4-1? Collector size? and why.

HyTech, AN-R or maybe a T1R if you don't want to spend TOO much money

All are at least 2.5'' collectors, all vary in configuration. You have to decide what you want the powerband to look like before you pick out mods.

Whats the price cap, because the cheapest one I listed (T1R) is about 600 bones.

But seriously, not many people will answer this post since its so broad of a question. Search, make your own decisions. Otherwise everyone on here would be asking "what cams are better" or "what exhaust is best". It's an opinion, and everyone has one.

 

I say you should get something C.A.R.B legal like DC or Jdm Type R!!

 

i think hmotorsonline has some 4-1 jdm itr headers for like 250!

 

My budget for headers is about 300-350$. So that means $600+ headers are out of the question. What I mainly wanna know is what's the diffrence between the 4-2-1 and the 4-1? performancewise. Don't just tell me what they look like cause I already know that.
