Default Pirelli Diablo Corsa VS. Michelin Pilot Power

My next tire decision comes down to these two. Pirelli Diablo Corsa's or Michelin Pilot Power's.

I wanna say that the Pirelli's have a more loyal fan base but I've been hearing great things about the Michelin's.

What do you guys think?

I read a tire test last month that preferred the Diablo's to the Powers but I don't think you'll go wrong either way.

Cycle Gear is sellin the Powers at a pretty decent price right now.

The Pilot Powers should have more treadlife than the Corsa's. The corsa's are designed for 70% track and 30% street

Aren't the Power's more geared towards track too?

Haven't tried the Pilot Powers, but LOVED the Diablo Corsas. Great grip and feedback. I was going to step up to Supercorsas, but money (and the possibilty of rain during the upcoming trackdays) made me get another set of DCs.

Check this link out. This guy tried both sets and here's his OPINION:

I'd go with the corsas for now, as there isn't a lot of data on the Pilot Powers.

PS: Here's your previous thread Tire thread.
Which answered your question, I think.

if you plan on using the bike on the street often, i wouldnt recomend the Corsa. the power will be more suited for you. You can try to normal diablo also, thats a bad *** tire.

From the little time I spent on both I'll give my opinion. The Corsas had more grip than the Powers, with that said the Powers have lots of grip.
