92 DA - When should i replace the muffler
u only replace it if its rusted up and has leaks or u just want to replace it with an aftermarket. other than that, u dont have to replace it.

Depending on where. I just passed my emissions today w/ a borla exhaust that had a loud *** hum when he held it at 2500rpms...
Or if you were just referring to replacing the muffler, then yea, usually if it starts making noise or if you really feel like putting a new one on there. I have my old one with the piping from the cat back if you're interested.
