Found A car for sale, should I buy it?

I just found a 1991 civic for sale with a SIR swap, there is 112,000 mile on the chassis, no clue about the motor, the guy has a greddy header, skunk2 cam gears, AEM intake and fuel rail and venom injectors on the motor, He is asking 1800 for the whole car, should I buy it?

How is the body and interior? Clean title?

If everything is good that would be a great deal - Semi-clean swapped EDs go for $3K or more here

Asking for this kind of advice on the web is like asking for color ideas from a blind man..

WHat do you want to do with the car?

Do you know anything about cars so that you can check it to see if it is in good mechanical shape?
