i already have the b16 swap in my 93 coupe, and the mounts are tearing so i have hasports, i was wondering the most affective, least time consuming way to swap out the motor mounts? any opinions? thanks

 

dude if you got hasport motor mounts and they are cracked...they are guaranteed for life so all you have to do is send em' in and they will replace them free of charge... as for swapin them in least time consuming way...do a search on it...or hope that someone can help u out...any way good luck

 

i think he means he just bought hasports that he wants to swap in....i think

i'd like to know this also. might be doing the same thing in the future.

 

just hook the motor up to a hoist to support it. thats what i would do.

 

sry about that...i thought that your hasport mounts had broken...i was hella tired when i read this...sry ...but ya just use a engine hoist or u could just use a couple of jacks and some quarter inch thick boards to put on tha jacks to help stable it...if u dont have a engine hoist...n e ways use tha jacks to relieve pressure and take off one at a time...i dont know which to start with first but my guess is to tackle tha one thats on tha fire wall since its tha hardest to get to. good luck
