Where can you find usdm Si motor

Considering the B16A3 never came in a "USDM Si" (I'm assuming you're referring to the EM1), you won't find one anywhere.
You can, however, find B16A3s in '94-95 del Sol VTECs. In '96-97 del Sol VTECs and the EM1 Civic Si, you'll find a B16A2.
As for where to get them, check import-specific or Honda/Acura-specific salvage yards (local, regional, and national). Import Auto Salvage on the east cost (in Marion, NC) usually has these cars/engines. How much would it cost? Probably a bit more than an imported JDM 2nd-gen B16A. Call them and ask.
Looking at their web site, it appears they have 2 B16A2s in stock.

It's the JDM motors that don't have numbers after the usual number/letters.
