what all do i need to turbo a 89 crx si mini me

There are lots of ways...I will list the one of the cheapest way.

You will need these items to at least run good and maintain the engine:
-Turbo
-Turbo manifold
-Intercooler
-BOV
-FMU, 12:1
-Missing link
-Intercooler piping
-Downpipe
-255LPH fuel pump
-Oil fee/return line
-Vacuum lines
-Misc. T's and fittings
-Boost gauge
-Oil pressure gauge

I dont know what head you have but mini-me's tend to have high compression so be carefull ..
Retard the timing and get colder spark plugs to reduce the chance of detonation..

And damn your question is so broad..
