I have OBD2b ( CA edition) in my 01 GSR and I run a V-AFCII. Works fine. Only thing you have to worry about or rather shall I say do is, in the instructions it doesn't tell you to hook up the oil pressure signal to the #10 pin out. Took me a while to figure out. When I would hit VTEC, the check engine light would come on and then I couldn;t hit vtec after that (made a horrible sound). But its fixed. I set the VTEC at 5600 rpms on stock cams and stock motor and made a noticible difference in VTEC pull.

If you're not going to be tuning it on a dyno, spend your money on a different upgrade.
