Your best bet is to take it to a machine shoop they got something that can cut through it like butter....and be clean cuts to ensure better welds later

haha good luck with a cutoff wheel and makgin a clean cut.
what you should do is bring it to a machine shop that has a band saw, and have them slice it right off for you, shouldn't cost you more than 10 bucks

Spoken like a person not afraid to admit that they suck using power tools.
It's not very hard.

I used a cut off tool at work and the cuts came out pretty nice. If you dont have a compressor at home you could also use an electric .

This manifold is on a car in Hawaii now. The car ran 12.5 on its first time to the track so i guess it worked pretty well.

I bet you could get a machine shop to do it for less than one-way of shipping.

The best thing I've used is a band saw with a metal cutting blade. Cleaner, straighter and more controlable cut than any other method.
