zc problem

i got a 89 civic hatch, and just recently did a zc motor swap.it was running fine for a few days.but just today alot of white smoke is coming out of my exhaust. and oil is leaking out of the header(aftermarket 2piece) and its running rough. what could be the problem??i was thinking its the piston rings or the valve seals..what do u guys think.

Your headgasket maybe shot..
