new crfab b-series manifolds A/C comp. and non A/C
B-SERIES MANIFOLDS: All runners on our manifolds are made from 1.5" 304L stainless pipe. The head flange, turbo inlet flange, and w/g flange, are all made of 1018 CR steel. All flanges are .5" thick. If you would like to order a manifold with all stainless flanges, add $100.00 to your order. Manifolds will accomodate 38, 40, 44 v-band, 46mm tial w/g's. We can do other w/g's also as long as you specify type and size.
A/C compatible manifolds shipped anywhere in the 48 are $600. These are shipped prices.
Non A/C manifolds are $550 shipped anywhere in the 48.
DOWNPIPES: All of our d/p's are made from 3" 304 stainless except the flanges. D/p's include: discharge flange for your application, stainless O2 bung, stainless flex pipe, and 3-bolt universal exhaust flange.
All d/p's are $275 shipped.
Recirculating dumptubes are $150.
Standard dumptubes are $50.
Downpipe cutouts are and additional $75.
We are currently working on H-series manifolds right now and should have them ready to sell by late May 2005. Same thing goes for the D-series manifolds.
Anyone who would like to recieve thier order within a week of ordering, you can add $75 to bump your order to the top of the list. Otherwise, the standard waiting time is around 3 weeks.
If you would like to contact me, please pm or call me: 903-330-0913.
Thanks, Ross Cates.

btw. I do stress relieve all of the manifolds qhich also will keep them from cracking. When i stress relieve them i put them in a heat treat oven that we have and get the manifolds up to 600-750 degrees. Once they are at temp., they are held for about 2-3 hours, then they are cooled slowly in the oven. So if some of the pics in the future have a light gold tint on the manifold it is because they have already been stress relieved. The reason for these not being gold is because i wasn't completely done with them. I was a little pressed for time. Hopefully in the next couple days, some the guys that have already bought from me can get their vouches up and some numbers.
We don't stress relieve them anymore. We now cut the head flange for the stress relive.

it will go from now on. the price will never rise unless you want to bump your order up, then it will be an extra $75. other than that everything stays the same.

i used a 94 LS for mock up so it basically the same. the only thing that u r going to have to change is the radiator fans. they will need to be some sort of slim line fans like FAL. u don't have to run one single radiator unless u just want the extra room.
everybody that wants a d/p can get a mani and d/p shipped for $900. if u just want the d/p, it will be $275 shipped and that does come with 1 bung, flex pipe, and stainless flange of your choice.

if u will look a few posts up, i quoted that i was a little pressed for time so these manifolds in the pics weren't done. but i do mill the flanges after the manifold is complete. there is no point in milling the flanges before u weld because of the flange or flanges warping. the main flange that u have to worry about warping is the head flange.
As for the 4-bolt flange, i weld everything up so it is ready for u to install when u recieve it.

I want to see some pics of this manifold, T4 turbo, A/C freindly, installed on the car. Or even just the manifold. If anyone can post some pics that would be great. Nice manifold
i have some pics while i was getting everything mocked up. the runners aren't done but you can see the clearance for the turbo. i haven't made T4 a/c comp mani yet. the one in the pic above was for non a/c, sorry. it will be hard getting a T4 in there with a/c but with a single radiator on the driver side, i can make it work. i'll get the pics up tom. with the mani on the car.
Super Bump for the hella tight manifold.
But what makes me hesistate and comes to my mind about when people make manifold and claim for a "warranty" or "lifetime" garantee it seems skeptical. I dont mean to show a bad side to your sales but how can "You" supply a lifetime warranty, spite the fact that your not a company etc.
Don't get me wrong also companies like blox etc with their lifetime warranty and stuff, what if they go out of business, then an investment in either 300+ turbo manifold is pointless because the biggest buying satisfaction is that it has some sort of waranty.
Thanks.

it is a good selling point and as long as i am making manifolds or any type of fabrication work, i will stand behind the warranty. this is a business that i have started on my own because i have lways wanted to do this(work for myself). right now i am a machinist and have been for the past 6 years. so i am working 2 jobs right now. i know a little about metalergy because my dad, whom i work for, has been doing this for the past 32 years. if any warranty that i have put on my manifolds will stay on my manifolds even if i don't continue them. i will still be around for u guys to find me.
Thanks for the bump

the d/p pretty much looks like any other d/p, there's nothing special about it. the dumptube will not get in the way, there is plenty of clearance. piping for an intercooler will be ran just like any other intercooler, the shortest way in.i will try to get pics up in the next couple of days. i have several d/p manifold combinations that i have to get out this week.
Check out my first post on this thread for my prices. please read all the info on the first post. it just gets rid of some of the stuff that takes up room.
depending on the crack or whatever the defect, i will determine whether it can be fixed or if it needs to be replaced.
as for the come and go deal, don't know anything better to tell you except that the 2 job thing will end on the first of the year. i have made an agreement with my dad to quit and go full time on my manifolds.
that is my first manifold up at VSV. so i really don't take too much pride in that thing. everyone has to start somewhere.
