Just take the rear knuckles off an EX. This includes rotors, pads, and calipers, and to make things easier make sure it comes with the emergency brake line. All you need is circled in green.

you can do it that way.

or just swap out the entire rear control arms from an EX Accord.

I just did this swap last weekend, and it took me and a friend about 3 hours to do.

Its not that difficult. All you have to do is unbolt the DX rear drum trailing arms and E-brake cable. Then bolt in the new EX trailing arm and run the new brake cable.

Also after you just have to bleed the brakes and thats it!

Breaking is not significantly different but I feel that my braking is much more linear.

Before with the drums the front brakes seemed like they did more braking. Now with the rear disc it seems as though a little has been taken off the fronts.

Yeah, the rear brakes only provide about 35% of the stopping power. However, maintenance is much easier (for the most part). The shoes in the drums are a bitch to replace, but its still a hub-over-rotor setup

you should look into the legend 2 piston calliper upgrade if you really want upgraded braking for a decent price...
