front camber kit...ingall front joints or ingall front control arms?

front camber kit...ingall front joints or ingall front control arms?
hey everybody, i need to install camber kits, but for the ingalls for the front tires, i see that i can buy either ball joints or control arms for the front. it seems like the control arms cost more, are they better than the ball joints? or do I need both? also, i only need one pair for the both tires right? please reply, thanks.
