I CURRENTLY OWN A 1995 CIVIC CX WITH A JAPSPEC D15B SOHC VTEC MOTOR SWAP. MY ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT I NOW HAVE A BLOWN HEAD GASKET AND DON'T KNOW WHICH ONE TO BUY. I WOULD GUESS THAT ONE OUT OF AN AMER-SPEC D16Z6 WOULD WORK, BUT I WANT TO CHECK BEFORE I BUY. THANKS IN ADVANCE!

 

ANY OF THE SOHC VTEC HEAD GASKETS WILL WORK

 

Just matters which direction your headed? FI or NA. Just get a y8 2 layer headgasket and bump up the CR a little bit. The majority of all d15/d16 headgaskets will all work besides the D16A1. The difference in the headgaskets is headgasket material and thickness.
