My hatch has window switches on the behind the shifter console. From the looks of it, the power windows were removed from th doors and manual regulators were installed. They did a shitty job cutting the holes for the cranks on the door panels

I was wondering if anyone had these besides me or are they some kind of aftermarket kit installed?

 

It's an aftermarket kit more than likely, probably Spal.

 

Well the DX's don't come with power windows as an option so it's an aftermarket kit just like Invalid said. Or, it could be a jdm conversion or simply power windows from an EX. But, what would you like to know?

 

JDM conversion? Never seen such a thing and it's definnately not EX/SI. Dunno if it's th Spal kit but from what yall are saying it's aftermarket then.

 

how does the ex conversion work from a dx?

 

Any1 tried an aftermarket kit? if so was it good, how much did you pay, and was it hard to install? thanks

 

There's a couple of people on here who have tried the SPAL kit found on Ebay. Some have had their share of problems while others haven't. I'm converting mine to power windows using EX doors. Only thing I didn't get was the wiring and relays. I'm just going to run it off hot wires and an inline fuse
