95 Honda Cvic Hatch Back
2nd Gen B16 Motor

I needed to go see the Ref, but I wanted to know if I can run a USDM OBD1 P30 ECU that is CHIPPED with a Jun/Spoon/Mugen Program and still get BAR approved?

no usually if you chip ecu's it wont pass sniffer or smog machine

 

you should not use a chipped ecu for smogs as a rule but if the chip does pass tailpipe testing and does not throw any engine lights you might be able to pass but to be safe use a non chipped one to be safe. if you need to rent one IM me as I have stock ones for rent to pass the ref
