Default Shifter Positioning.

i put a d16z6 in my crx...crxsi tranny and shiftlinkage. but my shifter sits hella close to my seat. 3rd gear is where 1st is suppose to be. 5 gear is where 3rds suppose to be..please someone help me

is there any difference between 88 crx and 91 shiftlinkage. im using a 88 shiftlinkage and a 91 si tranny

On my swap I had managed to change the shifter 180deg, althoug what this seemed to do was make 1, 3, and 5 almost in the dashboard. I can't say how it affected the left / right feeling, as fortunately I tried it out before I dropped the car and changed it right away.

I believe the 88 and 91 should be the same.
