after having sat up pretty much all night doing the math (okay, i was 6 floors underground keeping an eye on some "things" for work and got bored and had to stay awake ) there's really nothing special.

they only are a 1" bigger rotor, 1/16" bigger master cylinder, and calipers with pistons larger than NSX. matter of fact, after doing a bunch more math, it became clear that in order for a stock DA caliper to have the same clamping force as the legend 2-piston caliper, the piston in the DA caliper would have to be just under twice its actual size.

so i guess there's really nothing special about them. sorry to have wasted your time, sir.

nope. DA ABS master. my car never had ABS (thank god--the DA system is really horrendous. more info on that is available at g2ic), so the master cylinder is only 15/16". the ABS mc from a DA is 1".

i should also add that the upgrade adds less than 10 pounds total weight above the stock setup.
