Default www.totaljdm.com

i seem to be having a problem with http://www.totaljdm.com i ordered a h22 from their website on the 30th of october and sent my money order that same day with the registered mail option, i got the registered mail receipt back on the 15th of november so i know the have my money order, ive emailed them 5 times about if they have shipped my order yet or not, no word about the engine but when i had questions before ordering the engine most of my emails were returned with one day one email they even got back to me in 4 hours but they wont answer my emails after i have placed an order, i try calling their phone and it tells me the mobile customer im trying to reach cannot be found, but i get their answering machine and i leave a message for them to call me back, still nothing, my question is has anyone ever had any problems with this website before because i am starting to get pissed off at this company for not responding to my phone calls and emails

Yeah. Good luck. I've emailed and called them many many times, but they don't answer. This company really sucks. Andre, you can't use the excuse of me being a trial user and **** that you did in the other threads. I bought an engine from you guys and referred a friend to you as well. (We bought the two itr engines at the same time) I was under the impression that your shithole company went out of business. At least, that is what I had hoped. That would at least explain why no one answers my calls or responds to my emails.

A word of advice to anyone else that is looking to buy an engine.....go somewhere else. These people are nothing more than a bunch of liars. They told me it would take 5-7 business days to get my engine because it was in stock and ready to go. 2.5 months later, I finally got it. I am still waiting on a ctr cluster that they told me they would throw in for waiting so long. My order was placed on 5/25/04. This just lets you know what to expect from this company. I spent hours upon hours of talking and writing to get my engine. It isn't worth the headache. DO NOT PURCHASE AN ENGINE FROM THIS PLACE!

That's all we can do. I wasn't going to leave feedback because I still had hopes of receiving my cluster, but I don't think I am getting it anyway.

Spread the word! DO NOT BUY FROM TOTALJDM! I've heard great things about hmotors and a few others. If I could do it over, I wouldn't have bought my engine from totaljdm.

I hate to say it but join the club. I ordered a b16 from them in august. I guess I was lucky and got it with in 8 days. I was really happy until I found out they sent me the wrong shift linkage, 2 different types of axles not matching(civic, integra). and a ECU for an AUTOMATIC TRANS. When I had it installed 3rd gear was shot. I called them several times playing tag until they said they get me another ECU and refund me $275 for the axles and 3RD gear to get fixed. Well I got the check the other day 2 1/2 months later, but no ECU and they don't return emails or phone calls. Just telling yeah my deal peace. oh by the way the engine was very clean I must say that. Hey Andre email me.

Just wanted to say that there are many others that are having problems with Total JDM. I hope that it all works out for you!! Go to the EG+ Civic/DelSol forum and do a search for "Total JDM" and you will get some descriptions about issues concerning this company. Again good luck and keep us up to date!! Dave Del Villaggio

i work in that area, walking distance,

the 1917 West 4th Ave. address is a MAIL BOXES ETC post office box

the 300-1275 West 6th Ave. V6H1A6, i have no idea whats there. i always thought they were apartments, but maybe there are some offices in there, definitely no parts store or warehouse in this area.

the website as you all can check is registered to a Chung, Peter

x-border shipping is a problem at times, i think i waited a month for a headgasket one time.

I got my engine, but not my cluster for waiting much longer than I was supposed to. The biggest problem is the lack of communication with their customers and empty promises. Definitely a great example of how not to run a business. I can't say it's a fraudulent company, because I did get my engine, however, every time I spoke with them I got the feeling I was being lied to and I never got a straight answer.

Just as I thought....nothing. I sent them this link telling them I left them negative feedback, so we might actually get to talk to one of them soon. I'm sure they will come in here defending their company's name and crying about how busy they have been.

I can't for the life of me understand why it is so hard for Canadians to run an engine importing business.

Oh, trust me. It has nothing to do with Canadians. There's lots of people out there all over the world that have no clue what the term "customer service" means.

They think they can take your order, and your money, then when they have the cash from enough people to pay for a container full, they go looking for the engines, and wait for them to come in. Can you say "6 month wait"?

I've read all good things about hmotors on this site.

http://www.hmotorsonline.com/s...30010

Price is generally about the same wherever you go. I checked many places when I was looking to buy mine. This is about the average price. You might find one cheaper, but the reputation behind hmotors is exceptional.

I ordered my engine on 7/22/04 and have received nothing as of today. I have been sending at least three e-mails a week. calling their toll free number, and posting messages on their website. The last time I heard from them was on 10/17/04. On 10/17/04 they asked me to wait another 7-10 days for the motor to clear the USA warehouse. Their communication is very poor and has not been effective in resolving any and all issues concerning my order. I talked to Andre and Gordon when I first ordered my motor just to verify that the information I gave them was correct. They were very helpful/concerned about making sure everything was correct with the order. Does Andre still work there and what kind of "major changes within the company" have been made as he stated in an e-mail sent to me? I would like a honest answer about what is going on and when will they will follow through with "their" resolutions reguarding my order. Good luck with your issues! Dave Del Villaggio
