Default 7-10mm wheel spacer

I'm trying to find a 7-10mm wheel spacer for a 5x114.4 bolt pattern. The closest I've found is an H&R spacer that is 15mm. I guess I could always machine it down 5mm but I'd rather find something that I don't have to mess with. The 5mm that they offer doesn't give me enough caliper clearance. I know you can get some cheap 5/16" spacers from a tire store but the quality on those leaves a lot to be desired. I tired searching and I can't find anything between 5 and 15mm.
