It's worth $40 just for me to avoid raising the hood to clear a freak'n code from the back o2 sensor...

and yes, I've tried the electronic patch for the back o2 & it didn't work, so either I'm an idiot (this is rhetorical) or I had a bad component.

$40

I'm surprised some company doesn't have an adaptor to use a gameboy to datalog and view codes/ erase them, etc.....

I bought this one to use with the Turbo Pig and a laptop: http://www.obd-2.com

I believe he also makes a Palm interface.

Anyone ever notice that clearing the CEL with an OBDII reader doesn't work half as well as just pulling the negative terminal off the battery?

An OBDII reader will clear my CEL for about 3-4 days, but pulling the negative terminal off the battery keeps the CEL off for 2-3 weeks.
