Im replacing my headgasket tomorrow. and im taking it to get resurfaced. and i was thinkin about shaving about 3 thousanths off. or 2 thousanths. im not sure. i dont wanna go to far to where it will screw up the timing. so what shoud i go with.

How much would 2 or 3 thousanths bump up my C/R?

ITR head with cams
AEM cam gears

 

every 16thous that you take off is worth .3 CR. shaving off .2-.3 will do nothing .
