How much do you think i should offer?
Hey i was just seeing if i could get some advice from some type r guys. I'm currently looking at a 98 champ white itr that is for sale, however, the car has a rebuilt title, but only has 65k miles on it, and its in perfect shape. How much do you think i should offer since its a rebuilt title?
