I bought this cat from kteller.com a couple weeks ago. It's too long for my application, and I ended using a different cat. It is 17.5" in length, has an o2 sensor already welded in(necessary for obd2 cars). Flanges are three bolt to the cat back and two bolt to the header. This cat fits 94-01 ls/gs/rs, and SHOULD fit 99-01 gsr's as well as all itr's. The cat is brand new! I paid $155 shipped for this bad boy. I'll let it go for $135 shipped. wuold this fit a 99 2 dr integra gsr with jdm itr header and greddy catback..if you can verify that itll fit ill take it.

I suggest you measure how long the cat you need to replace is. But this cat is ideal for the jdm itr header, becuase they are both 2.5"
