What is the value of a 95 Civic Si SOHC 5 speed transmission? Please help.

Im trying to buy this from someone but im not sure how much i would want to pay. How much is this thing worth? Thanks.

I sold my 96 for 100 bucks

prolly worth 250 in perfect shape.
