I just got my hatch and the radio/heater control piece is broken. I went to a junk yard yesterday and they couldn't figure out how to get it off. They were thinking maybe they will need to pull the dash. Is all that work called for? If anyone has any tips or tricks to get this piece off, please let me know.

u gotta remove the bottom section of the dash on the drivers side and also go into and/or take off ur glovebox
