TEIN RE's great suspension?
I recently got the Tein RE's coilover for the Integra Type R, i am not good with suspensions, so do any of you guys have the RE's, cause I want to know how low as a ride height can I go with them, cause in the book it says only 1 inch, is that just a susjustion? And if i change the ride height, I should also change the spring seating so it will match? Thank You
REs are next to top of the line. Full aluminum construction.
They're double adj. so you can change ride height w/o affecting the spring "preload".
I sure hope you didn't buy those just to lower the car - it'd be such a waste.

Tein USA offers a full manual avaiable online. Read it, follow it, and don't question it. The stock settings will set the car up suprisingly evenly (they do not come "pre-set").

Ya, I just thought it will look nice with about a 3 inches drop with the Tein's RE. For integra, doesn't RE just make for the Type R. and I also like the how the Type R looks that is why i bought the car.

Get a full instruction manual and go over the Suggested settings and maybe follow these suggestions until you have a better understanding of your new setup.
I hope for your sake you don't have a nifty pretty header.

To each his own I guess.
Be sure to get it cornerweighted after your "drop".

go save some money and sell the RE's and get a cheaper suspension that will do exactly what u want (drop is fat) or just cut some springs =P then use the extra cash to buy something useful
Why not save your money and just go the old skoo way; break out the die grinder and cut some coils off, or heat the coils up and the let the car sag.
Honeslty, why a 3" drop?? It might look "cool", but how many times are you going to be able to make up driveways and speed bumps with killing somethig?
Also I might have a set of RE for sale soon...
Ryan-Who thinks if your going to drop your kaa 3', corner weighting would be pointless
