well woke up this morning to my car sitting on a jackstand on one side and sitting on a donut on the other. rims gone, front and rear seats gone, strut bar gone, steering wheel broken, front lip gone, cd's gone, driver side window f'ed. i believe they initially came for the car completely but i locked my steering wheel with the tires facing to the left when i turned the car off. im guessing they tried to get the wheel to straighten out and by forcing the steering wheel, they ended up braking it. so the steering wheel just keeps turning and turning in place. thats probably when they decided to take what they could off (bolt on items) and leave. the one day i dont park in the garage it gets jacked. im blessed to still have the shell untouched, as the body didnt sustain any damages, and the motor still intact. #0060 is still with me. mikestypeRR came over and took some pics and will be posting them shortly. i wish testicular cancer on these thieves.

Did you have wheel locks? I don't use them, but I have a slightly unique tuner lugnut.. Thank goodness they didn't get the car and didn't vandalize it in frustration!

yeah my car had wheel locks like mike said. no it wastn in the garage THAT NIGHT. that one night i dont put it in .. . i do have full coverage and am hoping to get a nice check. i will be trying to restore it. i just dont know how much its gonna be to fix my damn steering wheel thing. they did have ***** to do that shiz infront of my house. i will be investing in a fire arm for christmas so that i will have an additional theft deterant waiting for those **** next time they decide to come and touch my **** once i fix and replace all the stolen items. i would love to find someone doing it to another r around here, and beat the living **** out of them

If I get a job as a cop or detective...I would definitely start a sting operation on car thieves and I'd use a Type-R as bait! It's such a beautiful car and they have to go and mess it up since it's not theirs.......Vengeance is God's..he shall repay!
