They are very very very good company. Too bad they dont carry other brands of wheels. But my best friend ordered a set of 17's and they sent him 3 17's and 1 18" well since they fucked up they said would he like the 18's so they just asked him to pay for the shipping back for all 4 wheels and they sent him 18's a week later.

Awesome Company, thats what I call customer service.

i had some Exels, they were good rims, i bent the hell out of one but i think that pot hole wouldve bent any rim. when i ordered the first time i had no problems, when i tried to order a single new rim they kinda gave me the run around. i ordered it and was told it would be here in 5 days, 7 days later i called and asked where it was and they said it had been shipped. and would be here in 5 days, 7 days later i called again to see where it was and they said they had no record of my order. they deleted my order because they took my address down wrong and since it didnt match my address from my credit card they couldnt send it. so when i asked them why they lied to me the week before when they told me they had been shipped already they had no answer for that. so they left kind of a bad taste in my mouth with that last expierence. but a friend of mine is a authorized dealer for them and he said hes never had any problems with them so far. so i guess i just got bad luck with it. but over all the rims i had were nice. i liked them, i actually just sold them today because my of the bent one and im getting some circuit 8s. okay wow that was way too long. im done i promise.

EDIT: i had the RH5s (Racing Hart C5 knocks)

na i hit a pretty big hole. other wise my rims have gone trough some pretty hard times without any damage. only problem taht i found was when i bough the exel vx-8 the kumho tires that they came with didnt cover up any of the lip. idk if its the rim design or the tire but it suxs when it comes to curb protection

this is my bend. but i hit a pot hole that was a about 8 inches deep and about 2 feet across, going about 85mph, really think any rim wouldve bent hitting that. whether it would be that bad? i dont know, they were my first set of rims. id say tis a pretty good deal. all the others took a bit of a beating and never bent. so id say mine was just the massive pot hole, not a cheap rim.
