Ive got a problem, my little bro has a 92 hatch si. Its got some electrical problem and ive spend a ton of time trying to figure it out. Its not getting spark nor fuel. ive run out of ideas. Next to be replaced is the ecu. any ideas

 

Does it crank over at all but just not start, or is it plain dead? What have you done so far to test stuff out?

 

Yea this is pretty vague. What exactly is it doing?
