I have a 1994 Integra and I am having problems with my idle. When I start the car and it is cold it revs to 2500 RPM. When the engine starts to warm the revs decrease but almost act like it goes to far and then revs back up. Also I have to be stopped for 2 min. before the engine returns to normal idle. Can anyone help?

 

Vacuum leaks? Check hoses, gaskets, & stuff like that.

Tune-up stuff? How old are your sparkplugs?

Clean the throttlebody, FITV, AICV, & set base idle. Search around here, there's some instructions on that.

 

electric choke is for carburators not fuel injection

check your idle control valve..
