Default how do you like you Ingalls camber kits? give it a rating? 1-10

ok...ok...my second thread for a different camber kits rating...
for all those who got Ingalls camberkits front please feel free to file a compliment or negative compliment...
I believe that Ingalls kits are better than OMNI or Skunk....but experiencing the quality is not the same for all of us so

give it a rating....

the other thread about OMNI help alot of people to decide whether OMNI kits are good or not....based on the thread review...OMNI do have lot of problem...mainly rubbing against frame, which is the worse of all...and space clearance...

im willing to wait for the result ...im sure that Ingalls are good....hopefully it wont disappointed....and to you too

i've had them on my car for quite some time now...3-5 years now...there doing fine for me...sometimes i think that they are moving on me but they arent...

also when i come back from getting an alignment and my camber back to spec i go back and tighten them a lil more if any just so that i know that they wont move...

I'll give it a 8... just because I've had them on for about 3 years and i have had no problems with them. The only thing though it that it does squeek but it you lube em every now and then then you'll be fine.

nope its just the kits are squeeking
no rubbing on the arm to body

i can spray or apply lube and it will stop...

so its just the kit itself..

alot of people know about that for ingalls.

I have both front and rear polyurathane kits for my ride. I like them because they are fairly easy to adjust, if you know what your doing. The only downside to the front camber kit is that if you give it too much positive camber, it will hit the top of your wheel well (where the 2 sheet metal peices are welded). You just have to keep adjusting it untill it doesn't hit anymore.

Oh and it does squeek like a f*cken criket from hell. But I got use to it and don't even hear it no more. I think if you get the non-polyurathane kit, it doesn't squeek. But I'm not 100% sure on that one.

Also satisfied except for the squeaking. I've tried several different brands of grease, nothing seems to last more than a few months. It doesn't really bother me but it does make the car sound kind of cheap. Some people can't handle that kind of noise.

I remember reading something about these that had a problem, not too serious but really annoying.

Skunk 2 didn't have this problem.

I forget but if I find the thread again I'll link it.

if you dont want them squeaking, then get the rubber ones. the polyurathene ones require constant lube. my 2 best friends have poly and i have rubber.. i feel sorry for them everytime i ride in their car... that noise is so annoying.. id just avoid the poly for noise purposes.. girls hate squeaky cars.. LOL..

where is it that the polyurathane/rubber lie? Looking carefully at the camber kit, is it the redish thing?

Correct, the squeeking sound is only if you purchased
the polyurathane bushings if you get the regular rubber
ones, they will not squeek.
