i just blew my stock d15 motor on my 88 crx dx so it is going to sit in front of my friends house until at least Jan. untill i drop in a zc (the dohc 135 hp one) so i was thinking why not paint it since i wont be driving it so i started to take apart my front fenders it was not fun since the bolts were rusted up i unbolted the three bolt in the engine area and took off my corner lights but it was still connected to something i am thinking it was the front bumper but don't know for sure any suggestions. i was going to take off anything i can and paint it part by part (hood, fender, and both bumpers) then paint the rest. i got some rust on the rear fenders.
any help will be awsome

You should take off the bumpers (front and back) so you can paint them completely. They also get the special additive in the paint so the paint flexes on the urethane bumper unlike paint on metal body parts.
You need to remove the front bupmer anyway to get to a bolt for the fender.
