Default New Toys for Christmas...

Here's a peak at what a jolly fat man got for me...oh wait, that's me.

Here's the car sleeping...

Here's the newly sleeved 85mm closed deck B18C5 block

3" Thermal Exhaust

Mugen Intake

Toda Goodies

EMS

Head Studs

I hope to have the car back on the road within the next few weeks. I am getting really sick of driving the truck everyday...

NA. All the head work is being done by RLZ.

Mugen intake + 3" Thermal exhaust ?

You are planning on boosting aren't you? the Mugen intake is just to hold you over or what?

This is going to be one monster. Nothing but quality parts. Money well invested. I still don't see why people go 3" on an N/A car. You would have to be running at least over 250whp to actually notice a difference. Really, all you are gaining is a whole lotta racket and noise from a straight through Thermal. I had the same setup in my 1992 SI with a JDM ITR with Hondata S200. It was really really deep and really really loud. So loud I would go 2.5" with a resonator any day of the week. The sound was nice, but way too loud. good luck with the putting together of the motor. Those sleeves are HOTT!

Hot Damn!!!

Ben said you were going crazy but I didn't think this crazy. Give me a shout around the first of the year. I'll be in the neighborhood and would very much like to see it completed.

After I got home from the EXPO caravan, I still had your car buzzing in my head.

The Thermal Exhaust is actually not that loud. I run 3in DP, no cat, 3in exhaust with Turbo N1 canister no resonators anywhere and its not too bad. Although with yours being an N/A car it makes it 100x louder. Looks like a fun build up. Sure you dont wanna throw a turbo on there?
