I am wondering if it is possible to sticky into the prelude faq all the possible causes of oil consumption and recommendations for us H22 owners since I've gone through current and archived content and it seams to be a fairly common problem that everyone should have a heads up on upon entering the prelude faq I beleive. Just curious what you guys think. I'm willing to compile the research and put together the post if anyone is interested or things this is of value. If I'm not following a rule by this posting please let me know and I will discontinue.

 

But there is no point and no solution. It is not a problem, it is just the nature of the motor. It is like saying "tires wear down, I think we should include a sticky to address this issue."

If you want to save oil, stay out of VTEC.
