I've been searching for a muffler to replace my old school Apexi Dunk cantalope muffler. I noticed this "Vision R Sports" axleback on jhpusa.com for $399. It looks very similar to the DC Sports muffler. If it sounds anything like the DC, I'd fork up that much cash for it. I searched, but found no one else with this muffler.

Has anyone else seen/heard this piece before?

Its also very very very similar to the Legalis-R exhaust...if it sounds anything like it then it'll be a low deep tone. I once heard the legalisR described as a very grown up sound!

will that muffler in the top picture bolt up to a apex i n1 midpipe for the itr??

I don't think that axle back is going to bolt up to the Apexi B-Pipe (I'm assuming that's what you have) without modification.
