SMOG in NOR CAL

Does anyone know where to get a smog for a car in the SF bay area? FOr an EF with b16a1. bump

Why not more clearly state what you are after. You would like to know where you can illegally get a smog certificate.

Why not at the same time ask for a good source of stolen car stereos?
