Default 2.15 liter GSR motor talldeck, port polished ITR head = which intake manifold?

Im building a 2.15 liter GSR talldeck motor. Im running into alot of options for the intake manifold. I have been suggested:

1) Endyn's AIR intake manifold
2) stock ITR manifold
3) JG Edelbrock intake manifold
4) TWM ITB's

Car will be used for the streets 75% of the time and 25% at the track. Can anybody give me some feedback? Thanks.

well it's hard to go wrong with ITR manifold and quality/performance is solid. perhaps start with that, see how the motor feels/dyno's to have a baseline. BLOX manifold has great casting (better than Skunk2 and AEBS/PP). Of course you probably read a ported AEBS/PP works pretty well too...

send one of your manifolds down to DTR/DNR and have them cut it open and port it for you

1st thing is what chassis you'll use the setup for ? CRX, EG, etc.

The Jenveys are nice and short runners as opposed to the TWMs, but will produce similar results ... ITBs are king IMO ... the Endyn manifold I'd love to test one day, but it's no that far behind from the people I talked to who used it vs ITBs.

I like the JG LOL, have it in my street all motor car. I only use manifold on my street car because of the NOPI COMP 4 class preparation which says you can only use single body intake

This motor is in a DC. Also, what is the difference between the Jenvey and the TWM?

Runner length I believe..

I would go with Endyn. They make great power and you can compete as Greg said in the street car class with it..

ITBs are sick yes, but not all classes will allow.

Good luck - sounds like a serious motor.

full-race intake manifold will be out before the end of the year (i hope) should hang with all the intake setups posted.

more than likely, if you go with a cast (Al.) manifold, you need to have it worked over (P&P)

Right Click and Save as to see entire vid.

Whats the point of the last 30 sec of video? Show him getting ready to run? He dosent even make a run it ends just before it seems like hes going to launch

no, that's and 1/8 run. it's RLZ's old street engine from last year. ended up running a 12.0 at Bristol with stock sleeves.

I had the JG in my hatch. It was OK, but I wasn't crazy about it. Not a bad manifold though.

so at what point on a 1.8L does the jg manifold become a better choice over the skunk2?
