Default Intake manifold HP difference JDM B16 VS ITR

What is the HP difference between the different intake manifolds for a B16?
JDM B16 , ITR, Skunk2, etc.

I have a JDM B16a2 motor and was wondering if its worth the$$$$.
I'm also installing my JDM 4-1 header soon and keeping the stock air box with K&N filter.
Any suggestions for all motor daily driving?

just stick with the oe manifold if you're gonna have a mild setup. the itr manifold on a b16 helps top end but you will lose some low end, and the b16 sucks ***** for low end anyway. i'd just keep your manifold.

change your im when you will p&p your head..at least have cam/ecu before the im change....By the way the im help to change the peak point of your motor...I don't know if i lose some bottom end torque my butt dyno didn't see a difference. The top end was better also.
