Default Camber correction on 4-link rear suspension.....?

I was wondering on how it would be possible to correct camber on rear suspension (240sx 4-link ind. specifically) without the use of any adjustable arms. Ive heard of spacers and eccentric bushings but am somewhat unclear on how they work and how much camber they can actually correct. any help is appreciated, thanks.

BTW, this is for ITS 240sx setup so adj. arms are illegal
