Default should I be worried??

we havent seen much snow this winter but 2 days ago a blizzard came with heavy snow and cold. The temperature now is about -10 degrees on celcius. The gastank on teg is nearly empty and I cant drive the streets like they are at the moment. Can this damage the tank?
