For example i got a question about, if a USDM shift linkage will connect to a JDM hydro-tranny ?
2. Will USDM motor mounts fit properly on a JDM engine ? and What about axles on a JDM engine and vice versa, whats the main difference between all this, is it just the USDM wiring harness work properly on a JDM engine? Correct me if im wrong please and i need help..

Shift linkage should work aslong as both are bseries, or dseries, motor mounts should work as well, but wiring is different

Yes, the USDM wiring harness will work, assuming it's from the USDM equivalent of the JDM engine. But it's easy to make the JDM harness work, and it's even easier to modify an incorrect USDM harness to work so you really shouldn't have any issues if you can properly use a soldering iron and a test light.
