how would i clamp that spacer so there are no exhaust leaks? Anyone ever use one of these? Thanks

thats called a flex pipe, it just allows more flexibility in the exhaust piping. if you have exhaust leaks you should get new gaskets or if necessary, have new flanges welded on, you don't really need that flex pipe.
