Vacuum leak possibly, does it surge up and down?

there are no vacuum leaks that i know of. i shop told me it idles like that because of the cp and i have bigger cams. can that be why?

the cams and cr are not going to make the car idle rough enough to notice. I would take some brake clean and spray it everywhere on the intake manifold and see if the idle goes up or down.

nah even big cams don't make your idle jumpy, i have same compression as you and stage 3 jun's and the idle is stock (800rpm).

disconnecting the battery wont do it.......but in my H22 all i needed to do was open up the fuse box in the engine and it was a red fuse with 10 on it and labeled 10A clock radio on the fuse box. take that one out if you dont have a fuse labeled ecu, just leave it out for a few minutes and stick it back in, it did wonders for me

I had the same problem with my stock B16 and figured out the TPS needed adjusted. Do search for procedure. Good luck!

TPS = Throttle Position Sensor

Its on the back of the TB facing the firewall!
