What rims are these?

Ive been told these are 88 Accord SEI Rims...ive looked all over for pics of SEIs and ive only found them with a different style rim...Was this rim an option for accords?

Any help on what car/year this came on is greatly appreciated

Sorry, that rim was not an option nor standard equipment on any US Honda.
It is clearly on an European spec Civic.

Its a EDM Civic, I know this for sure...The guy is from Russia(around there)

He doesnt have an email address listed though...

I like the way those rims look on that 4 door.....

Guess ill stick with my stock EX caps...
