Default zc swap gone bad. need some help!!!

even when this is my first post, I have been around HT for a while you guys are great. always seem to find the answer here.
now to the point of the post, I just put in my ZC engine into my dx CRX, I did the mpfi modifications swap the computer to a pg7, everything is in place but the car won't start, I'm not getting spark in to plugs, I have a new coil, new ignitor, new cap and rotor, I have check my wiring a bunch of times already, check grounds on the tranny valve cover and the thermostat already.
WHAT ELSE CAN I DO.... please I need some help

cramk the car over for about 15-20 seconds without stopping to see if the check engine light will come on or not...just a start. sometimes a code from the distributor will only show up under this condition if it won't run. is there power going to the coil?

I have crank the ignition about that long an there is no codes coming out at all.
and yes there is power going to the coil, I check that before I replace with a new one.

88-89 Integra uses same distributor - it doesn't get rid of Cylinder Position Sensor
