Has anyone ever heard of this site.. if not check it out. I signed up and havent heard from them. I got a reciept in my email .. but they said they only charge you if you get picked. can someone let me know if this is a reliable site or not ..thankyou

 

do a search on the forum and on google, you'll find out all about this scam. Infact I think I saw a thread about this yesterday or the day before on here.

 

why the hell would you pay anyone for a sponsorship?

 

go to the better business bureau website and see if there are any complaints against them. its free. i would also suggest this to people who buy swaps from online distributors.

 

wtf.. this seemed like a good idea... if i got sponsorship .. they said they would send things to me for one payment of 89.00. it seemed ok since they said it would over 500 worth of stuff. I went to bbb..waiting for their reply. then im gonna file a compaint and call my credit card company and cancel it.

 

As the others said do search. Look in the archives under "Racer X" and "sport compact." People posted about their experience.

If they charge your cc you'll get what they promised: "Only if you are accepted for a sponsorship worth $500 or greater will you be charged the $89 account set-up fee for your sponsor pack, agreement and parts delivery."

It could just be 500.00 worth of decals, so you won't have a valid complaint.
